Popped in here for a coffee and a pastry and just needed to say thanks to David, our super server who made our visit a memorable event. Lovely guy, personable, friendly and full of character- a credit to the brand. Thanks David, keep up the kindness young man, you folks would be super proud.

We have consistently had great service at M&S cafe Southampton, so much that when my family and I meet we always come for breakfast and/or cake. Today it’s my mums birthday and she was given free cake and thoroughly looked after by the wonderful Dave. Highly recommend.

Ordered jacket potato which was cold - the cheese wasn’t even melting on it - amazing service from Dave (Service Support Manager restaurant) who kindly made a fresh one which was delicious. Thank you so much for an amazing professional and sincere service!!

Popped into M&S Cafe a few weeks ago and had lunch with my girlfriend. Lovely food and atmosphere and especially the service was amazing by David. He was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Will be heading back soon!
